i see a zero on my paper.

the wonderful red marking.

it reminds me of the time when i

got back my math pop quiz.

don't we all love trigonometry, we all depend on it

for our future jobs and lifestyle and universities

see the great maths ct

look how late we have slept

look around at our faces they shine brightly in the dark

with our hopes and dreams

imagine the great results we will see

now the time has come to revise

to open up and see

that we die together in this test

cos we love misery

as thoughts of reaching to the sky are obviously a dream

with hearts and minds united

our results we get a D

cos we are two D

see my paper full marks

look how great we've become

with the help of my tuition teacher, my grandpa, my ahma.

thats why we all call these daydreams

cos we will all succeed

we get our Ds.

what do you see

when life makes you take on a mountain

you see that nothings gonna stand in your way

not even H1N1

or public holidays

and the whining of a million more

see my classmates all cry

they all want to go die

look around at our faces, they look deprived of some fun

with our 30 minutes recess

what good can that bring?

cos the marks are not important, its the character building
